terminated. After termination, the respective account will be
blocked and a login to the Penta app will no longer be possible.
Incoming transactions on your Penta account will therefore be
rejected after the termination date and returned to the sender.
All existing standing orders and scheduled transactions will be
cancelled.

Questions about data protection at Penta
As a former customer of Penta and thus as a data subject from a
data protection perspective, you have the opportunity to
exercise your rights as a data subject under the General Data
Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To do so, simply send an informal email to

with a brief description of your concern or request.
Please note that Penta has legally terminated all customer
contracts and closed the corresponding accounts.
Since Penta no longer maintains any active customer
relationships, your personal data - which is not subject to any
legal retention obligations - has been deleted. With the
exception of data that must be archived, there is no longer any
active processing of personal data at Penta. Remaining data is
retained unchanged in archives exclusively for storage purposes
until its planned deletion.
A request for deletion would not lead to any further deletion,
as data that can be deleted has already been deleted and
remaining data is automatically deleted after the legal deadline
has expired.

Penta：洋人不贵，我们雇了一堆 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册Penta：洋人不贵，我们雇了一堆掌门人CoinZM面对面前一两百个网页，感觉要把Penta说清楚是一件有点复杂的事情。Penta现在还没有公开代码，根据官网的路线图，要到第四季度才会开源代码：此外，Penta也是少有的把路线图画到了后年（2020年）的项目：敢想是个好事。既然代码没有，我们只好重点研究团队了。咋眼一看Penta的关键团队成员，你会觉得它是个国外项目，因为它的成员几乎全部是外国面孔（除开亚太生态负责人是一名香港人）：目前国内币圈的小伙伴，可以说普遍被国产项目坑怕了，感觉国外的项目会相对靠谱一点。事实上，Penta的CEO也宣称自己是国外的项目：CEO David说Penta是新加坡的项目燃鹅，在Reddit论坛几乎完全没有人讨论这个项目，也没有主题区：这就很好玩了，我们得挖一挖Penta究竟是什么来头。一、Penta的CEO大卫先生先在官网看看大卫的履历介绍：又是基金管理又是比特币早期投资者，还有“10亿美金”字样，十分的高大上。他的领英简历不难找到，基本也是如此介绍：看看红框，美国M&D公司中国区域经理？原来2012年到2014年是在中国上班啊，工作就是让中国老板们人投资移民（EB-5要求投资50万美金即可申请绿卡）：2013年David拜访上海东汇Dowell集团，身份确实是M&D的区域经理上面这张图，包括接下来找到的资料，可以说都是全网独家材料。OK，2012到2014年大卫先生在中国活动没问题，没准之后就回老家工作了呢，毕竟根据他的简历，“DGI基金总经理”的头衔还是很响的嘛，“管理基金项目总值超过10亿美金”看着也很牛。那我们去看看DGI是什么公司吧：DGI全称Donghu Group Investment，竟然出现了拼音，看来不容乐观啊。接着我们找到了DGI的官方介绍：给大家总结一下。首先，上海的加澳移民跟国企东湖集团下面的出入境服务公司合作，搞了个名字叫“东湖加澳”的“综合移民品牌”，主业就是搞投资移民。后来，东湖加澳和澳大利亚一个基金合作，成立DGI，主要业务还是给国内的老板介绍北美和澳洲的房地产项目。还是EB-5看到上面的第一个红框没有，大卫的简介中“10亿美金”的说法终于找到出处了——我们且不讨论这个数字的真伪，我们就问：这10亿美金是DGI整个公司项目的价值啊，难道你是DGI的老板吗？那么，大卫在DGI是什么角色呢，真的是他所说的“基金总经理”吗？DGI的主要人物介绍中，没有大卫先生。不过我们还是能找到大卫先生：DGI官网还没有撤下他的简介，不知道搞完Penta项目后大卫先生还会不会回去上班根据上面的介绍，大卫就是DGI的一位项目主管（也可以叫做总监），跟其他三位主管并列，并不是什么DGI总经理。我们还看到了他参与的项目推介会：2017年3月的推介会，大卫在给老板们介绍EB-5投资移民2018年1月20日，大卫还是在给中国老板介绍美国和加拿大的EB-5投资移民项目大卫先生这辈子跟EB-5结下了不解之缘，直到今年1月底他还在卖房子——不不不，投资移民。燃鹅画风转变太快，转眼他就转战区块链了，2月份，大卫申请了新的推特号，Penta项目专用：2月23日，也就是在东湖加澳年度客户感恩盛典上推销EB-5投资移民项目后的一个月，大卫的Penta专用推特转发了第一条消息（内容是Penta2月19日的新闻稿）：事实上，我们能找到更早的一篇新闻稿：2月13日，发表于外网的新闻稿国内最早的新闻稿，是3月1日：从此，那个卖房的大卫不见了，这个世界多了一位“金融奇才”、Penta公链的创始人CEO大卫先生。大卫先生确实也是敢说：他说自己“一直致力于研究并开发分布式科技项目”好了，到现在，我们终于完全摸清Penta的创始人CEO大卫先生的区块链之旅了。忽然想起6月份易理华在怼李笑来的时候，发过这么一条朋友圈：易理华在无意中透露了一个真实情况：Penta是上海的项目！这样一来，我们所有的疑问都不复存在了。因为我们会纳闷，大卫先生怎么能转型那么快？同时以大卫先生的人脉，怎么会吸引如强大的投资阵容呢？原来大卫先生只不过是被财团选中的代言人而已啊！好了，Penta的CEO我们研究清楚了，我们继续往下研究。二、Penta的首席科学家Steve Melnikoff先生昨晚，作为今天评测的铺垫，同时也是尝试我们的分布式评测模式，我们重金悬赏了一个问题（5万MC，价值5千到1万人民币），这个问题就是：请找出Penta 的首席科学家在今年之前发表的跟区块链相关的论文或者文章，不需要多，一篇就行。到目前为止，很遗憾，我们的5万MC没送出去——没有任何人能找到在今年之前，也就是他出任Penta“首席科学家”这个职位之前，他写的跟区块链、比特币有关的文章。我们研究这个项目差不多5天，评测耗时可以说是创下了我们的记录。正是因为捋清楚了Penta的团队性质，同时也是对这位首席科学家Steve做了深入的研究，我们才做出如此高额的悬赏——简单来说就是我们相信是没有的（奸笑）。首先，我们先放出对这位首席科学家的判断：这位Steve，是1978年MIT毕业不假，物理学者不假，墨尔本大学访问学者也不假，但是他没有任何区块链方面的研究经历，我们高度怀疑是项目方请过来站台的。我们在MIT物理系毕业名册中找到了他：1978届科学学士墨尔本大学物理系有他的名字，大概是荣誉学者的意思吧发表过一系列的论文：然而他的研究方向是量子物理以及数据分析，199X到200X年是他的学术高峰期，论文较多。目前发现最后一篇论文是2010年的，是跟区块链毫无关系。可以这样说，从公开资料来看他对区块链毫无研究。等下，我们算一算，1978年本科毕业，就按照23岁毕业吧，到今年应该63岁左右了。好家伙，Penta的项目方真是了不起，连已经退休或者说即将退休的老爷爷都请出来了！果然那句话是啥来着？三、Penta背后的Sam Lee李浩铭到目前为止（其他成员既不是技术人员，也不是创始人，就不调查了），我们已经非常肯定Penta表面的创始人都是半路出家，毫无区块链经验，很明显他们背后是有发币组织的——这些外国人不过是人家雇来站台而已。大家第一反应肯定是觉得易理华是幕后的金主或者发起人。但是，根据我们的调查显示事情并没有那么简单——很有可能易理华真的只是投资人角色，并不是项目的发起方。我们找到的所有线索，都指向远在澳洲、2017年之前不怎么在大陆捞金的Sam Lee——证据显示他才是Penta项目真正的发起人。下面请看过程。首先，我们发现了一份提交给ASX澳大利亚交易所的文件中，一家名为FGF（First Growth Funds）的公司，宣称联合Penta投资了一家叫CCP的公司（这两家公司都在ASX上市）：文件说FGF联合Penta投资了CCP，CCP是做物联网相关的。文件里还说，Penta是一个市值5亿美金的数字货币项目。这个市值快把我们震呆了，但是我们等下再说这点。FGF是什么公司呢，竟然能够联合Penta一起投资另一家公司？我们继续看。我们在彭博社3月份的一篇报道中找到了一个关键的信息：FGF宣布任命丹尼尔·张为公司的非执行董事，张是Blockshine公司的COO。Blockshine我们还是有点印象的，它就在Penta的战略合作伙伴里：那么Blockshine是一家什么样的公司呢，我们看看：原来Blockshine是Blockchain Global的子公司！Blockchain Global也在Penta的投资机构中：我们去BG公司的官网看看：大家看第一个红框，Penta的另一家战略合作伙伴digitalX也出现了：真给力啊，为了Penta，Sam Lee至少带了3家公司来撑门面。第4家也快出现了——Penta和FGF共同投资了CCP这家物联网相关公司，我们可以预见，Penta的周报中，战略合作伙伴很快将会出现这家公司。所以，我们一开始的疑问：谁是Penta的发起人？为何请来了一位墨尔本大学的老爷爷来站台？到了此时大家应该一点不困惑了：Blockchain Global的总部也在墨尔本甚至当火币和BG一起在澳洲开交易所，Penta的“首席科学家”老爷爷也去助兴，也显得再容易理解不过了：好了，Penta项目就讲完了。四、感受就像上面所说，Penta台面的人，都是雇来站台的，隐藏得实在有点深，我们找了很久的资料。在这个过程中有一些感受，跟大家分享一下。1、他们不但忽悠我们，连澳大利亚交易所也忽悠。还记得上面我们提到，FGF对ASX说Penta的市值有5亿美金吗？你知道他们是怎么算出来的吗？澳大利亚交易所7月13日问他们，Penta5亿美金的市值是怎么算出来的？他们说，根据前一交易日Penta的单价是0.0051美金，而Penta的发行量是1000亿个，所以你们各位算一算是不是市值5亿美金？然后还装模作样给出了Penta的以太坊代币合约地址。我们去看看：我们先不说他们提供的单价准确与否，也不探讨七八点钟方向那31%的部分是不是锁仓（Penta没有公布代币分配方案），我们就说右侧那50%地址是0X00……01的币，很明显那个地址死地址，里面的500亿个币是谁也没办法提出来的。就这样还公然敢跟ASX说Penta市值5亿美金？作为一个小白可以不知道，作为一个区块链服务公司，除开是造假，我们也想不出什么原因了。2、等等，造假还没结束，还有更加明显的。他们竟然回复ASX，说Penta已经已经实现商业化！说应用了区块链跟踪技术的大米正在被出售，然后他们提供了一个京东的地址：根据他们的路线图，现在还在研究共识算法啊！怎么就已经商业化了呢？再搜一下这个牌子大米的区块链技术：人家的区块链技术跟你们没有任何关系啊！还可以再写的，算了，四千字了，不写了。一句话总结：澳洲不好吗？非要回国割韭菜吗？哦，明白了，你不是中国出生的。编辑于 2018-08-02 10:02币圈区块链(Blockchain)外国人赞同 14添加评论分享喜欢收藏申请
